This season is all about fresh starts, fair pay, real respect, and long‑term growth. We’re creating a true third option in rideshare where your earnings rise as the company rises. Drivers Tier [entry level]

  •  60% Driver / 40% Radius split ( Blue Certified Tier - Status: Training Certified ) 
    Is the entry level experienced driver tier only who sign after February 1st

  • Blue Certified Radius Driver earn experience and quickly increase their earnings after....

    • Each completed trip

    • Each ride rated 4 or 5 stars

    • Earn +1% driver split increase for every 15 completed trips up to 64% split percentage

    • Client/Rider referrals with accelerate your experience, growth and paid/fare split increase

    • 1–99 completed trips on trip 100 you advance to the next tier​

Legacy & Performance-Based Tiers /Achievements 

  •  65% Driver / 35% - Certified Rideshare Professional Tier - (Training & Trip Certified) 
    Drivers who signed before February 1st
    100–249 completed trips
    Rideshare Professional Certified Tier

  •  70% Driver / 30% Radius Veteran Professional Tier - (Training, Trip, & Time Certified: Bronze Status) 
    250–499 completed trips
    Bronze Certified Tier

  •  75% Driver / 25% Radius Core Workforce Tier ( 3T & Road Certified: Silver Status) 
    500–750 completed trips
     

  •  80% Driver / 20% Radius Core Workforce Tier ( 3T, Road & Client Certified: Gold Status) 
    Continued growth beyond  ( Elite Gold Tier Performance Level)

    751–999 completed trips

Platinum Leadership Stripe ///Navy Tier

  •  Radius Leadership Circle – Platinum Status Leadership Stripe Navy Tier ( 3T, Road, Client, Pier Certified: Platinum Status) 

    • Achieved at 1,000+ completed rides

    • OR through exceptional customer referrals

    • Earn:

      • 1% share of company revenue (paid quarterly)

      • Additional 1% revenue share for every:

        • Additional 1,000 rides, or

        • Each year of service as a Radius driver

    • Every positive action contributes to measurable growth

    • every driver can chart their individual progress through a narrow blue gradient bar at the bottom of their app the that goes from white, to light blue, to royal blue/radius blue, to navy and then advance a level  actions like logging into the their app and staying available contributes to their point growth, signed in availability. referrals and call ride request completion point accumulation are the fastest/most sure way way to pay scale increases and fare split level increases & advancement
